I'm so terrible at birth control pills but this month I really tried so I can regulate my periods . Last week I caught a cold from my son so I was miserable and for three days I missed a day then doubled the next , right now I'm on the "sugar pill" today is the 30th still no AF . 🙄 I don't know if it's because I messed up by doing this or what , but this happened last time I was on the pill and my doctor instructed me to keep taking the pill . But I know the pill can cause you to have a little to no period at all .
