My bf's mom threw a dit cause I won't let her babysit my daughter.
Bscause the way he treated my bf when he's a kid. She got coz he won't do the dishes and she called the cops saying he was hitting her (not true).... She used to groen him and lock him in his room. She use to feed him mushroom everyday even though he hates them....
My bf get to see her 2 a week so I like him to spend more time with him then the granny....
Noe She's threating me with parents rights.. I dont trust her.
When I got pregnant with Ava, she said I'm ruining my life.
She said she'll help throw me a babyshower, bailed the month before it and left my bf and mom paying for it. She didnt even show up.
I only seen her 3 times during my pregnancy.
After giving birth, i didnt want visiters coz I wanted to sleep but she showed up 15minutes later.
She panics when Ava crys.
I just had a miscarriage and all she said "didnt you think its soon?"
Then tried to push me to get fixed.
Then when she got mad at her son she tried to get in his face and prevent him from leaving. Then tryinh to force me to give her my new number. I just don't trust her...She called me crazy coz I want a private labor.
Anybody deal with anything like this?

Idk ohio's visiting rights but, I feel if you don't want your kid seeing someone then it's perfectly fine. It's YOUR kid. If your Bf doesn't want y'all kid seeing his mom then it should be fine. Doesn't seem like she cares anyway. My situation is a little similar. Except a different situation my husband mom always has marijuana just because it's legal but Idc I don't want that around my baby.

First she has to prove she is fit to be around the child so that is when you would introduce the evidence you have against her with your bf confirmation . That's even if she wants to pay to start that

But im afraid the way she act when she get mad (get in my bf face and preventing him leaving ) he'll do that to my daughter when shes older.

She has to be living with your child for 6 consecutive months with you or have taken care of your child without you for 12 consecutive months. She can't get any rights to take the baby but she may be able to have rights to see the baby while you are present

Grandparent rights are a thing (I feel it's a stupid thing, but that's because of my experience with my exs mom) we have similar situations except mine is not only possessive she hoards things and animals. I got the court to inspect her house for health concerns but she hid the damn cats so I can't prove that. She's broke as hell and still managed to not pay a dime to take me to court. I know it's expensive but I'd talk to a lawyer just so you know where she stands on getting rights if she does take you to court for whatever reason. Otherwise you can try a place that helps women in abusive relationships. They helped me get the restraining order on my ex maybe they can help you with your bfs mom and they're usually free
