I breastfeed, I used a waist trainer a day after delivery until my postpartum appt. so 6 weeks. Exercise every 3-5 days a week for 30-40 minutes(home workouts, dancing hiphop/reggaeton, jogging,walking, drinking lots of water eating lots of veggies and meat( protein)
And I began the works out right after my 6 week appt. you need to rest a lot during delivery and eat as healthy as possible during that stage so you can lose as much weight without exercising ;)
