Being consistent with going to the gym, taking walks, choosing the stairs instead of elevator, pushing the stroller on errands versus taking the car, yoga, drinking dark green juices and aiming to have a glass of water with fresh lemon squeezed into it every morning. #momlifechats
@kandidenise1989, I am in complete agreement! I had some baby weight (that was wonderful and helped support my healthy baby...but the time had come to shed the extra me) I wanted to lose and I got a Fitbit at the beginning of the year along with the Aria scale that syncs up with it. I track my steps and it's a big motivator to keep moving! I even finished a half marathon yesterday!!! That's something I wouldn't have seen myself doing not very long ago. #momlifechats
Plus I just started learning some techniques for lifting weights, and I'm really enjoying feeling myself getting stronger! Gotta stay fit to carry babies everywhere and keep up with toddlers! #momlifechats
