HOW do my fellow gym moms keep yourselves going in this final stretch? I'm nauseous, sore, achy, and so tired π I've been working out for an hour almost everyday, I really want to keep going these last few weeks...but here I am laying on the couch still π I need motivation! I hate backtracking!
Ugh that's awesome though, I hope my baby comes at 38 weeks! We all came early with my mom so if there's anything I want passed down from that crazy woman, that's it π @kambam
Lol I left work at 36w. Forced nesting/meal prepping and baby came at 38w π« Not sure if I had any true nesting. Work+gym+ life was tiring out my preggo self
Towards the end of pregnancy, I didn't have the energy honestly. And im glad I didnt push because I had a long ass birth and needed that energy. But I did a lot of hip opening exercises/stretches and lots of foam roller work to lessen my adhesions before birth. Stretching and doing yoga with my bigass was a workout in those last months.
So there's not a special magic drink π @katiesmiles1 aaaagghhhhidndvdkdjdbdj I know I'll end up going but the 5 hour battle it takes to get there is just sad haha
Honestly am on the same boat lol but you have to push your self because baby is almost here and those work outs you do will help them come quicker plus it will help you after both as well
