what do u do to save money? I'm terrible at saving money. I love to shop and eat out :) and please…

I try to eat out only once every two weeks with hubby and I try to cook more often. I dollar store a lot

And I also cut back on cable since I don't watch regular tv I just watch Netflix or amazon 😀 saves a little a month

Its super hard for me to save.. Only way I can save is to not go anywhere but then again there's the internet.. Lol you can try separating ur spending money for the week n not touch your savings

I also try cooking more so I don't have to eat out as much

I find ways to save that let me still be able to go out sometimes. Like, I make lunches for my husband to take to work so he doesn't buy food. And the groceries we buy are mad cheap staples like eggs, cheese, pasta (tons of pasta!), vegetables and rice. It's amazing the meals you can come up with only using a few ingredients. Like @juliahorvath632016 said, Dollar Store!!! Seriously helps save money. And coupons!!! Use all the coupons!!! Look up how to properly find, utilize and get the best out of weekly sale flyers and coupons. People make a killing doing that. You could also save bottles and cans and redeem them and use that money for going out to eat :)

You can have a certain percent of your check direct deposited to another account at another bank... so the money is moved before you even see it... if it's at another bank you can't 'transfer' it easily... and your 'savings' bank account don't hook it to an ATM/Debit card... so if you want access to the funds you will have to physically go into the bank to get it... should keep you from accidentally spending it! Hope that help!

We set aside a certain amount of cash per month that we can use on fun stuff. Then keep our cards and everything for necessities only. Once we run out of our "fun cash" that's it for the month.

We also have an auto transfer set up on our bank accounts so a certain amount of money goes immediately to savings after every pay check. Then we just pretend like the money left after that was all we really earned and budget accordingly.

We live in a small town, so aside from grocery stores and gas stations, there's nowhere to shop or eat out. That's really helped our savings a lot. 😂
