My two year old has had a high fever the past four days and today it hit 103. He has been eating or drinking. Any idea? He's crying and as if he's in pain. Two of those days were with my ex. And he's none for not watching them.

At the ER they alternate Tylenol and ibuprofen and icepacks on them with a blanket between to get it down.

Morals perhaps? Give him ibuprofen/tylenol and a cool cloth on his head, always helps my son with his fever and keep him cool and undressed
