They did the same to me & I read the policy about discrimination to my boss & he told me I will cross train but he wasn't gonna give me the position until I came back & he kept his word.
But if you go on leave and the put you in that position they have to give you your job back. They have to bc if not it's illegal. Read them the law bc quite honestly you could sue them for that.

@sheilataina96, I know the job well but I wouldn't be in it long before I'd have to leave and they'd end up having to put someone else in my spot
