We have a new third floor neighbor, he's super cool and very sweet! He helped Brad the other day with a flat tire and even offered to bring us to the grocery store because he saw it happened when we went to go run errands.

Well Ryan also tends to drop toys on his balcony from ours, the first time he stopped Brad while he was coming inside from work and asked if we lived on the third floor and said he'd throw the ball back up when his son got done playing with it, and he did. Well apparently the other day Ryan dropped a car on his balcony. I go to take out the trash and he set it next to our door! What a sweet man! Ahhhh! It's the little things ❤️
