Last week I was in a work trip in Kansas and experienced some pain in my right lower abdomen. I had just finished (what I thought was) my period, so I was concerned about the pain. I went to the doc there and they did anytime test and confirmed I am pregnant! Yay!!!! However they were concerned about then pain and sent me for blood work. The HCG levels from that lab were 59.4. When I returned home, I called my doc here and she recommended another blood test. That test (about 36 hours later) read 55.5. So my levels did not double, in fact they went down :( could this be because of two different labs??? Trying not to be paranoid as I miscarried in October '16.
