RANT! I love my momma. Today was my sil baby shower and a family friend bought her an $80 walker which is all fine and dandy but they didn't bother getting my daughter anything for my baby shower (that I ended up canceling, will explain). This kinda really upset me and it turned out it upset my mom as well. My mom ended up going to bed early but before she did she slapped the table in front of the family friend and said "by the way Lucy is just as important as Cailum".

This pissed my brother off for some reason and he jumped on me asking if ma was going to get mad at our cousin for throwing me a baby shower but not them one to make things fair. I had two baby showers planned, one in state I live in, one in family state to make things easier on others. I ended up cancelling the one up here because NOBODY, and I mean NOBODY was coming. Apparently 3 months was too short notice and nobody could get off work for a Saturday or make day trip plans for another day. If my grandma and cousin hadnt have planned me a baby shower I wouldn't have had one. But the fact that it completely went over his head why it bothered us upset me. It wasn't material to me, I didn't care that they didn't get my daughter anything until I saw that they spent $80 on them. I've actually known the family friends longer and was close to the wife at one point until my sil stepped in.

I feel like people want to act like since my daughter was not planned and I had her young and unmarried that she's less than a child that was planned by an older married couple. It just really upsets me. I dunno. Sorry for the rant. I should probably get some friends😕 💁
