@nessairieray, it's a tea for pregnant women that had different ingredients that help tone the uterus and prepare you for child birth!! I drank this tea up until like 32 weeks then I started drinking red raspberry leaf tea and when I gave birth I only pushed 4 times and he was out and I only got like 1 stitch!!! So it's worth drinking to me. And it helped with nausea too
