can anyone recommend a birth control that's good? I'm scared of the IUD no lie

Ortho-Novum was a pill that I liked. It's safe with breastfeeding. I'm just bad at taking pills. You can also get under arm implants called Implanon. It's a tiny plastic rod that goes just under your skin in your arm. They're a little less invasive than an IUD.

@rhealize yeah im bad at taking pills too. do you know if the implants hurt while they are in and when they take them out ?

From what my friend tells me, it's just a sting like any other shot when you get it put in. I'm afraid I don't know about getting it out yet though. (I have an IUD, personally)

Depo.. I took in HS I gained weight from.. the pill my dr told me doesn't work as well after having baby easier chance of getting pregnant again I have mirena IUD doesn't hurt putting in they use a ultrasound to make sure it's placed and you can remove anytime to 5 years period goes away

Doesn't hurt at all my only complaint is I've had it for a a month now and I get cramps and spotting does not move they told me o would know if it fell out but my dr uses it too

@michellenicole43 oh okay because I saw this story that it got stuck in a lady and I got scared because of that

@adrianasmtz1994 the depo shot isn't good at all I took it one time and it took me a whole year & a half to finally get pregnant, the weight gain is horrible but I wouldn't recommend a shot at all
