If my baby is pooping a mucusy snotty looking stuff that's green does that mean he's sick? He's sneezing and coughing just a little but he's been sneezing since he was born and he's always had the little cough to (more like a fake cough)

@rhealize, okay thank you I have his Tylenol they prescribed when he got shots so that what I'll give him. I had just never seen his poop look like that kinda shocked me. Lol

3months is too young for Motrin, not supposed to give them Motrin until at least 6 months. Just sayin.

That's normal for his age, I think. I've had plenty of those diapers. Sometimes yellow too. Unless he's got a fever, I wouldn't worry too much. Give him some infant motrin (very small dose) and keep him fed and hydrated. If his cough gets worse, you can always call his doctor with questions.
