I would get saline drops and grip water just in case and if your planning on using pacifiers I would get the clips those things I didn't think off and they came in handy so I had to buy them last min. @twinmomma2b

Binky sanitizing wipes. Back by the pacifiers. They are fruity flavored and safe to put in the baby's mouth. Dropping them on the floor and then running them under water just isn't enough. 👌🏼

Not sure about carriers for twins but you might be able to get them in the moby wrap together. If you're breastfeeding and plan to pump get the bra that holds the flange on for u! I wish I had one!! I hold her and can only pump one side and she keeps kicking it out of my hand. Buy lots of milk storage bags for the freezer, nipple cream, breast pads, sports bras for easy access or breastfeeding bras, nipple soothing gel pads... baby showers cover babies and rarely the breastfeeding mother. Ask the hospital for those things too to get you started as far as creams and pads.
