I started the progesterone only pill at 6 Weeks postpartum (because I'm breastfeeding). If you aren't breastfeeding you can have the combination pill. That's what I took up until we decided to get pregnant with my son and it worked perfectly.
Yes! Every month. But don't let that be a deal breaker. My doctor said its very healthy for us to get our periods because we get our monthly cleanse. Or else we keep it all inside and it can be bad. Mine are actually liight periods.
