So today I had a Wic appointment for me and the boys. It went very well except I'm confused about how they consider me overweight saying I should gain between 15-25lbs this pregnancy. Which is fine by me I don't want to gain too much cause I'm not used to the numbers on the scale. Anyways, they consider me overweight but I'm below where they want me to be on the weight gain chart. How is that possible?! I did lose weight as well.

Wic n there rules they get lots of ppl confuse ur not the only one I haven't gain 1-2 lbs yet n they said I was over weight too

Don't go by them. Go by your obgyn. A lot of them have no clue what they're talking about
