So basically pumped then used a bottle for feeding...
I know at the hospital they said if breastfeeding,
Not to use a pacifier since it can confuse them.
but since I'm not feeding her out of my breast, She should be fine right?

Yes. I did this exact same thing when I had Baeleigh. No issues.

using a pacifier should be fine if you're bottle feeding.

I pumped with both my boys and they both had/have pacifiers you are good :)

Yes I am strictly pumping and feeding with bottle and give pacifier and no problems.
