Does wic offer hospital grade rental pumps? I'm having serious supply issues an no mater how much babies on the breast it doesn't get better. I get 4 ounces a day.

If Im not mistaken I think WIC only provide the food from the grocery stores but Medicaid should provide the pumps or whoever your insurance provider is

Yes, as a matter of fact, I just talked with WIC in my area and they are letting me borrow one. It has to be returned but I can use it. Call them and make an appt telling them what you need. And it's awesome that you still do not give up breastfeeding!

Would they still lend me a hospital grade if my insurance provided me a regular medela pump? It's pooping out on me , an not strong enough to bring up my supply. @princesslina @morganmommy79 @teniera

@aliakr, yes. I have a Medela through insurance and they are letting me rent the hospital grade to see if it helps increase my supply.

What pump are they letting you rent? , I hope my wic office is the same. I'm in hawaii an we never have as much support as other states@morganmommy79
