Men are indeed fricking dumber than shit. I am constantly questioning where his brain is in all of this. If he was smart he'd just call off the whole thing. But whatever let him blow thousands and thousands of dollars. My ex lives 3 hours away he has to pay a lawyer alone in just traveling! Smh

@missjess, I just filed for full custody and child support because my sons father threatened the same thing. And when they asked why I was filing for full custody I said it I'm the sole provider and he threatened to try and take my son just because I wanted to try and have him financially responsible. Got a court date and papers right away

Really?! @jayraemama, well my sons father lives 3 hours away and I breastfeed. Plus he's never around so my child would be with a daycare provider or babysitter 98% of the time. So I can't see that happening. Atleast I certainly hope not because like you he only wanted custody after child support was told to be given! 🙄

Yeah that's normally how it works and yeah my sons father did the same thing to me once he got support papers he threatened he wanted 50/50 and that's what he told the judge the other day. But my lawyer said absolutely not. Plus I have many concerns about my sons father with being neglectful, he's mentally abusive toward me and idk what he's capable of to be honest. I know he doesn't give a shit about my son so idk what he could do to him especially out of spite toward me@singlemommabear,
