I know I am trying to find a apartment in long island its impossible they all want credit scores of 700 and 60 k a year , we got denied for making 5 k less
I live in Brooklyn and the only way I ever got an apartment is through owner directly or knowing someone. The rental requirements are almost as ridiculous as the price to rent. 🤦♂️
