Yes you can have water. Some OB tell you to fast, some say you can eat just nothing with sugar in it. I went for the safe zone and fast although my OB said I could eat.

mine didn't tell me anything. besides I was having my glucose at 24 and my next ultra sound at 28. and everything looked good.

My glucose test was thrown on me. I didn't know until last minute. My nurse told me just water during and wait a little bit after to eat something that might have sugar cause you can get sick.

I stay hungry I just wanted to b sure I could have at least water cause I stay thirsty and with my sinuses messed up right now I breathe through my mouth at night
