This headache will not go away and I think it may be because I haven't been taking my prenatal since I usually end up throwing them up anyway. Ive been trying to eat a wide variety of things with different vitamins but it isn't seeming to give me what I need. Any recommendations of vitamins that may not make me sick?

I just talked to my doctor about this yesterday I told her I've been having headaches every day she said to drink caffeine and if that doesn't help take Tylenol

I used to throw mine up too(the horse pill looking ones) Have you tried the prenatal gummies? They taste really good and I took them right before I ate and they stayed down.

I used to have bad headaches as well but they went away in the 3rd trimester, I just remember sleeping a lot to help with those lol.
