I'm seriously having second thoughts about returning to work. I don't want to leave my baby 😔

It's very hard and a decision you should think over and see can I really stay home financially. If you can do it you won't regret it. I had such guilt and missed so much with my first son and wished I stayed home but I couldn't. With my second son I was laid off so I didn't really have a choice and it was for the better. Just have to choose what's right for you.

@andreamcrts4, it really is. At this point I feel she needs me and I truly don't want to miss anything with her. As of now I'm on maternity leave and not getting paid so I don't see a difference:/ it really is a hard decision. Thank you for your advice ❤️

I let my daughter spend time with her grandparents so I could get used to being without her

You can always take your unpaid family leave too that way you still have a job when you come back. I wasn't working full time so I didn't have that option I was working two partimes

There are some jobs you can do from home too. Just have to see what fits in with your family. I just started selling Mary Kay and it's working out well for us, you put as much effort into it as you can and your the boss so you decided how much you want to bring in.
