I need some serious help y'all. My child is about to be one so my husband is refusing to go buy her any more formula. Well she ran out this morning and I can't not get her to drink regular milk, I tried mixing it with a little formula, my aunt suggested putting sugar so I tired doing that and still no luck. Help!

@mommy_of_04 yeah but not as much as she should, so likes to feed herself so it's hard to get her to eat food unless it's fingerfoods.

Tell ur husband he needs to atleast wean her off of the formula first.

You don't just cold turkey take formula away from a child. Some kids stay on a little longer and some don't. Id just go buy a can and then try substitution with whole milk.

My daughter was on formula until she was almost 16 months because she had SEVERE reactions to cows milk... we finally switched her to almond milk... she's almost 2 and is just now able to eat foods with milk in it... still terrified to try giving her a glass of plain milk! Just go get her some formula!
