Not really sure what just happened? Heard Riley coughing (or what sounded like it) I check on her and go make her a bottle. Come back to see her bed is wet, shirt, face, and back of head. It smells like throw up but I don't see actual throw up. Everything just looks wet and stinks. No fever or anything either.
