having serious back pain and lower stomach pain after getting sick yesterday. thought i caught something but idk what it is. the pain is what's making me nauseous now. I also still have a terrible headach and get a little dizzy at times. i don't think it's pregnancy related at all. my husband thinks so but i don't, it hurts way too much and all my tests are still negative
