How many of you recommend the Depo Shot?

I've been on it for 7 years.  Got off and had my last baby and back on it. I love it. Never gained any extra weight and I don't have any periods. It does everyone different.  @bamagirl7

I got it for the first time after I had my baby. I didn't like the way it made me feel mentally, I felt it triggered bad thoughts 😶😥
