Surely you can take a 10 minute break at your desk job to cancel state insurance for your daughter. You'll only wait on hold for 3 minutes and tell them what you want. It's like pulling effing teeth to get someone to do something so simple, for the past 2-3 months. But you keep pushing it off. Then ask the times the call center is open to figure out if you can call after work. Might of helped if you had done this the first time I told you to do it... #ihatenagging
