How did you do it @texasmami10 this is my first child who took a pacifier?

With my 1st son I just started by only giving it to him once a day and then I went cold turkey. And with my 2nd son I was skittle mean i cut off the tip of the pací and he was confused at first the when he found them all cut off I told him,"oh no Mickey Mouse ate them and he didn't cry. But it took him a few nights to stop asking for it

He absolutely loves his pacifier

My brother was obsessed.. We tied them to balloons and sent them to the "binky fairy" so crying babies could have them.

I don't believe in lying to kids tho. We didn't use one with Caroline so we wouldn't have to devastate her by taking it away

Man it's tuff , it was harder with my first but my second son didn't seem to care much.the dentist also takes them and hangs them on his wall
