Co sleeping increases their feedings. Because they smell your milk. I cosleep off & on with my son recently we have started putting him back in his own bed to sleep ....I noticed when he sleeps with me I'm like a 24 hour milk machine.... But when he sleeps on his own he only wakes up once for a bottle ( I breast & bottle feed) it takes time getting the feedings down after the switch tho

We co sleep and he just started sleeping 4-5.5 hours during his first night stretch & then 2-3 after that. He started sleeping longer right he started cluster feeding at night. He eats a lot between about 5 and when he falls asleep around 8 o'clock. I offer him the booby often & I feed on demand. :) Try offering him the boob a lot before bed. Of course if he's spitting up a lot or doesn't want it stop immediately.

I also have an intense let down. He gets a lot of milkies.

@momofdeuce, I know if I move him out of my bed I'll get more sleep but I'm not ready 😫 lol

@mamalotus, hmm so basically getting him very full before bed?? He feeds right before he goes to sleep though , so I'd think he would be good for more than 3 hrs.

Idk if his dad sleep's with you ...you could try letting him sleep next to him instead of you...but if not then I think he'll just keep wanting to suck the only other thing that helped was giving my son the pacifier but even sometimes he would refuse because all he wanted was my breast

@domsmama96 yes. When baby's are on the boob they tend to nod off, possibly not getting their belly's full (but they will fall asleep). Maybe 2-3 hours before bed offer him the boob more than you usually would. Just a suggestion. I'm no expert. All babies are different when it comes to sleep.
