My in-laws drive me insane. They seriously have no idea how to take care of a baby and they expect to babysit in the future. We brought the baby to see them today and I fed her right before we got there. She started crying while my father in law was holding her and I said "She just ate so she probably needs to sit up so she doesn't get bubbles." He continues to cradle hold her and she starts screaming. So I get up and take her and start walking around with her upright and then later he makes the comment "moms can't stand hearing the baby cry but babies cry, it's normal." Babies cry when something is WRONG, you idiot. She doesn't just cry because she enjoys it, she's not colicky. Like if you're not going to attempt to calm her down when she's upset, then don't hold her. No, I don't like listening to my baby cry. Who the hell would?? 😠😠👊
