So.. I'm currently not speaking to my family because of the way I've been treated and all the negativity and stress.they've caused me is very hurtful.
My question is how should I tell them I'm pregnant when I know it's going to be a negative reaction... I would love to feel support and positivity but just don't think it will happen..

Just don't tell them let them find out on there own and if they get mad just say you didn't need to hear there negative comments.

I think the ultrasound sound good but add a letter to it explain your feeling s and tell them if they are going to be supportive well come visit if not just keep it the same as now no contact
