@t142, I agree, don't bother with diapers or wipes - hospital will have them. Your take home outfit and extra outfit incase it gets dirty right before you leave lol. Burp cloths, receiving blanket if you want. Nursing cover if you'd like privacy if people are visiting.
I carry several diapers (10ish), a pack of wipes, a couple pacifiers in case they drop one and you can't rinse it, two burp cloths, a thin blanket, a feeding cover, and diaper cream. I'm ebf so I don't need formula or bottles but if you formula feed then obviously you'll need those.

Burping cloths-just to lay them over people when they hold the baby.
That's all I really needed. My hospital provided diapers and wipes.
