I went to a breast feeding class. Theres no rules against drinking. Theres only limitations. You can only drink one glass a day. If you drink more than that, say 2 glasses you have to wait 2 hrs before feeding. But if you drink 1 glass your fine

I was never a drinker but would like to be able to go out n order a drink from time to time. But i am going to look in to it, I kinda rather be safe then sorry, when it comes to drinking n breastfeeding.

@mooneyynk, from what I heard as long as you are not tipsy you can breast feed , am going to ask my doctor tho before just doing that lol maybe drink a day and make sure to pump before and have stored for the next day so I won't breast feed and then the day after start again lol , I just honestly want to taste the bottle of champagne we got for Christmas that's just sitting in our fridge.
