My son is 2 tried to take it away at 1 but didn't work out that way. Now he only uses it during car rides and to go to sleep other then that I just deal with his tantrums. By age 3 he will not have it for sure just hope he wont snatch his siblings if we decided to give them a paci.

When my son was born I never gave him one until he was about half a month or so and he took it great actually. Then he went through his first growth spurt and of course just wanted to be on the boobie the whole day and after that he never wanted to do anything with a pacifier. Got me sad cause babies look so cute with their little pacifier I wished so bad he would like it so I tried to get him to like it but nothing.. Now I see how parents struggle to get their babies off the pacifier and I'm just like "hmm, maybe it was a good idea he got over it so quick" ha. Either way I know every child is different so who knows..

My son still has it 😣😣 I so wish I would have done it when he turned one! Now he throws bad tantrums for it ughhh
