In the end it's all up to you your the one that decides on your hospital paper work the babies name and everything. I gave my son his dads last name. But we agreed on the first and I picked the middle. You could always give a boy his dads middle and last name and you choose the first

Everyone feels different about it. I've always felt your name is unique to yourself and I would never do juniors or middle names after someone.

If we were having a boy, my boyfriend wanted a jr., but I didn't want their first names the same, I just didn't like it. So we settled on having his first name as baby's middle name, but now that we found out we're having a girl, we don't have to worry about it lol
