How did you guys set a nap time schedule? Pyper is a year old and we co-sleep at night time which I'm not trying to break, but through the day she will only nap in the wrap, or if I'm laying down with her on the couch and she's nursing.. I've recently started working and really can't do that much so I wanted some ideas of how to get her to nap. I do not support CIO (just to put that out there) so any other ideas?
