How do you other stay at home moms keep from going insane from being home all day?
I'm returning to work Monday and I'm a nervous wreck about it. I'm going to miss my daughter and what if she misses me? I stayed at home with my older two and I loved it. The last 6 weeks were crazy because I missed working and getting out but now that I've adjusted to it and I'm starting to enjoy it I have to go back to work. I love staying at home with my babies. I joined a play group and would take pictures, eat lunch with friends, hang out with my mom, clean the house, shop... it's not easy but neither is working and missing your kids. 😩
@shellbell0391 I can definitely understand the nervousness. When she was a month old we took a two hour car ride to visit our families for Christmas. She hated it
@amandacn, I'm sure he'd be fine to go out I just get nervous lol... he's only been to the doctor and his grandparents house (probably more germs at the doc than anywhere)
@shellbell0391 I may sound bad but we've been taking good our daughter to the store since she was a few days old. She always slept through it and we made it quick. Walking is a good idea, I need to figure out this area
When it's nice out I use to take a walk in the neighborhood and push the stroller which was a nice break. I know it sucks sitting at home with nothing to do but clean or watch tv.
I can't wait til my little guy is old enough to take to the mall, grocery store, etc. I'll take him everywhere lol. What about going for a walk outside? If it's decent weather where you live
@brittymiranda I would if I could, haha. My fiance uses the car to get to work. And he works on a military base so I can't drop him off and pick him up.
@kaliyahsmommy579 you sound like me, minus the applying for jobs part. I'm not ready for that yet.
