I thought I saw a bump on my sons gums the other day but couldn't be sure. Now he has a runny nose, drooling, and sticking his tongue out all the time. Could this be teething!?? 😬

I thought it was a cold but now I'm starting to wonder if it's not just him getting a tooth. He has a slightly higher temperature and pretty fussy 🤔 @sillyval0920,
