When i had it and i was under the light like your baby everytime i cried my mama picked me up and held me even though she was told not to. Her response was, "Shes my baby and shes crying your not going to tell me not to hold my child" she would keep me in the black light blanket and hold me when i cried. She said even though she did that i still was only there for a week.

@bethany_sapp I hold her when I can't get her to calm down with some music. I really haven't listened to them, telling me not to hold her. As long as she stays in the light for most of the time it should be okay to hold her.
