What can I do to get Tinley to start sleeping through the night again!?
Here recently she hasn't been. She will wake up at almost the same time every night just crying and tossing herself all over the bed. She'll do it three to four times. She's NEVER been like this.
I don't know what is wrong but its sucks especially since I don't sleep good from my back hurting.

Around my sons bedtime, I'll give him a warm bath with the lavender bed bath body wash. I'll wash his hair in it and let it sit. The rinse and after that I get him in a warm blanket and I start breastfeeding
