My neighbor's dog will not stop barking and she has woken Ivy up 5 times. I'm about to call the cops!!!

@teniera, yes I have and I already called them once tonight asking if they could let their dog in and they told me no.

Going to make SO do it while I try and put Ivy back down

@teniera, they are normally pretty good about it but tonight they have their music up loud so I think they have friends over. But Ivy is getting sick and needs to sleep
