I have the exact same set!! It's been really good to use!! I love the carrying handle!!! The jogger is amazing on walks too!! I've even used the bottom part as my shopping basket and it didn't rip or break😹
@elysiansmama that's good to know! I don't run. Anywhere. I can't get with just jogging, I used to play soccer volleyball and softball and we ran bc we had to. I'll go on brisk walks but I'm not running lol 😂😂😂 I'm excited because I really want to lose the baby weight and then some after he's born
That's alright ! I read that running isn't effective for losing weight and keeping it off , and it's worse for your joints! Brisk walks with intervals or incline are more effective for losing weight and fat burning
Before baby I was always working out so I was def obsessed with fitness. But after getting the clearance at my 6 week pp, I tried working out again and I could barely stand up and hold baby :( I def wasn't ready or healed yet. I was fully healed and able to workout when my daughter was 4 months. But it was still moderate weights and walking. I've barely stayed back into strength training and intense cardio and she's 7 months.
@elysiansmama that's why I'm trying to maintain by doing yoga. I found that after the first 3 months of pregnancy I couldn't gym at all. So I walk now and I want to walk a soon as possible after
@elysiansmama good because tbh that's my main concern. I usually have no issue losing weight I'm more worried about ppd because this pregnancy has been incredibly hard mentally

@elysiansmama do you have one at home? Or when you go to the gym? I've been trying to figure out the whole gym thing after baby

We have an apt gym that I use! If you're not able to go to the gym, they sell ellipticals on OfferUp too!

That's really good! Exercising is a great way to decrease your chances of ppd too! It's healthy for you and baby! 🤗

I'm sorry to hear 😿but just try to stay positive, keep a good support group even after pp, it truly helps being able to talk with other moms!
