Why is Virginia healthcare so confusing? Medicaid was so much simpler in CT. You received a card and made a phone call to see if your doctor accepted Medicaid and if the service was billable. Why do I need an MCO, a 40 page pamphlet with all of these rules, and expecting another set of rules from the MCO? I seriously don't even know where to begin to use any of this...😂
