I've been drinking water morning and I had a plate of left over pasta earlier. Which was super heavy. So I don't think so 😓 @princesslina, but I do feel more dehydrated than usual even with the amount of water I've been drinking.

I would drink even more then. That might be why

Yea i think its cause your dehydrated cause that happens to me to if i dont drink enough water ill get that way too.

Because you need water, your baby needs water, and your amniotic fluid needs water.

Okay I'll chug more than usual today. I'm usually so good with water. I even keep these upstairs so I never have an excuse to have my bottles and thermals empty 😰 but you're probably right because I just chugged two of those sbux thermals felt a bit better. @princesslina
