It's so much drama and bs at my job and I swear my patience has ran out. It's sad when you can't even go to your management about it because your director think everybody is lying about how bad your team leader is. I'm so fed up with their bs and laziness. I got so mad today I literally had to calm myself down because I could tell my BP was high. Hopefully while on maternity leave I can find a better job. I been looking but don't want to start too early since I'm not having my baby until June. #Godpleasegetmeby 🙏🏽

There could be some businesses out there that would understand though. Sometimes the hiring/training process takes so long that you having a baby and recuperating won't even put a dent in a normal timeline. (: can't hurt to try.

@motherpurgatory, I'm definitely actively looking but I don't want to star so soon and then have to go on leave since with FMLA you have to be with your job for a year
