Yeah chances are they will bring you in monitor you and the baby for a while, probably give you a med to reduce your BP, and depending on how you respond, they may send you home, or they may keep you until the baby is delivered... I was just talking to my OB today about how they handle hypertension/preeclampsia... as long as your top number does not reach over 165, and the bottom stays under 100... and you respond well to BP meds... the monitor you as out patient... in my case (with my first) I was at 180/102... so I was not leaving the hospital until my baby was born! Just stay as relaxed as possible... your baby is full term, so there should be no issues with delivering now if it comes to that! Best of luck momma! I'm available if you need to chat!
