My 9month old just isnt having it.

She's been sick for almost a week now i kept checking her gums becauae shes getting fever because maybe a tooth is coming SO nothing the other day her fever waa out of control so i check again i can feel the crown of her teeth cutting throwing. So now shes has a horrible cough a fever that comes and go and her poor little gums in pain... 😢 idk what to do.
