Not looking forward to court next week. Just screen shotted our whole conversation about child support and him threatening 50/50 custody and being self righteous belittling bastard. I don't really know if I should go through other conversations to show how mentally abusive he is.. I can't wait for this to all be over I just want to cry 🙁 this asshole will be lucky if he even gets visitations with my son. I'm fighting for sole custody of him for his entire life! And after court next week I'm getting an order of protection. He patronizes me every day and I'm done with him. This momma bear is ready to fight to the death! I love my child, unlike him!

Thank you!@august2017babe, and I thought about it now @beebaby, but he's not even in the state right now to be served papers or be told he's to leave me alone. I figured it'd just be better to do it after court?

@missjess i would get all the evidence you can the more you have the better chance you have at getting what you want. That was my experience
